How Can We Improve Connecting?

^{The first step of the Spiritual Process is to connect to Spirit for spiritual energy. Some people seem to have more spiritual energy than others. It is out of this energy that we create.}

In this section of the Workshop we will explore our connection to Spirit, discuss a way to measure that connection, find that our connection is not as complete as those of Enlightened Beings, change our connection to be more complete, and make sure that our energy flow comes from this connection. In this way, we can significantly improve connecting.
