The Power of Guided Meditation

There are many ways to meditate. While it is an oversimplification to talk in terms of “Eastern” and “Western” Meditation, that is a useful division. Eastern could be thought of as “emptying the mind.” Western could be thought of as “leading the mind,” or guided meditation. In our culture, it is difficult to empty the mind. Often times, people get discouraged and give up on meditation because they are unable to “empty the mind.”

.

The purpose of this Seminar is to share guided meditations that have proven useful to many in our Western culture. In a sense, this is an introduction to tools. Join us and find if some of these tools are useful for you. Know that “Eastern” and “Western” methods can be combined. So even if you have a method that works for you, this Seminar offers tools that can enhance what you have already discovered.

.

This seminar will include the didgeridoo. As a Mystic, Gale specializes in playing the didgeridoo in ways that promote change. This is not a concert or musical performance but an experience.

.

The didgeridoo has the power to get energy moving, especially when it is played with intention and focus. That is exactly what Gale will do, and blocked energy can start to flow.

.

In addition to playing the sounds that fit the group, Gale will play individual sounds that are neede!d in the moment. This can bring unexpected and surprising results. All that is necessary is for you to show up!
