Immediately After This Change

After making this change, do the meditation in Integration (Holy of Holies). We recommend doing this as soon as possible because it has been found to be very powerful. It is powerful because it firmly establishes the change that we describe in Internal vs. External.

What happens if you miss doing this right away, or somehow forgot to do it? I expect that it will work just as well. No additional steps are required. If you somehow missed doing it, do it.

What we are concerned about is that you will forget to do it at all! Since the sooner you do it the sooner you will benefit from Internal Source vs. External Source, we suggest doing it immediately.
