What Can I Expect?

I believe that you can expect an increasing connection with Spirit. Like many major changes in our lives, this can start out very tiny. However, it can grow with time to become stronger and stronger, possibly leading to the most important change in our lives. We will explore this further in the Third Level.

One way to encourage this increasing connection with Spirit is to follow the four-fold path:

Pay Attention

Tell Your Truth Without Shame or Blame

Don't Be Attached To The Outcome

Of course, we strongly encourage using intuitive methods to make decisions. This includes being open to new ways of getting intuitive answers. So even if you have a tried a true way of making intuitive decisions, be aware that other ways may open up for you.
